What this site collects
Short answer: a count of which pages get opened and which Discord links get clicked, and nothing else.
What is counted
Every page asks our server to add one to a counter for that page and today's date. That is the entire record: a page name and a day. It is what lets us tell whether anybody is reading this at all, which is otherwise unanswerable.
The same goes for the Discord links on this site. When you click one, your browser asks our server to add one to a counter named for the page and the button you clicked (for example “top bar of the quiz page”), and for the day. It is counted exactly as a page view is, and nothing about you is attached to it. The link works the same whether or not the count goes through.
What is not
No cookies. No accounts. No advertising or third-party scripts of any kind. We do not store your IP address, do not set or read any identifier, and keep no per-visitor record — there is no row anywhere that corresponds to you, so there is nothing to link, sell or leak. The counters expire after about four months.
The tools on this site — the planners, the finders, the search — run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is never sent anywhere.
What we cannot promise
The site is served by GitHub Pages and the counter by Cloudflare, and both see the requests your browser makes, as any host does. We do not control or receive their logs. If you would rather not be counted at all, a content blocker will stop the request and the site works exactly the same without it.
The counts are also approximate on purpose: the store we use has no atomic increment, so simultaneous hits can overwrite one another. Good enough to answer “did anyone come today”, and we would rather say that than imply a precision we do not have.
