The in-game Phase 4 panel reads UR +16,999 and SSR +5,949 for one player. 16,999/5,949 = 2.857, and the base ladder 10,000/3,500 = 2.857 — an exact match, with a single research multiplier of x1.700 on both rows (16,999/10,000 = 1.6999; 5,949/3,500 = 1.6997). The Fandom guide's ladder is shifted one rarity tier down and is wrong. A player who banks shards all week and follows it dumps the wrong tier on Day 4.
